Building Energy Rating (BER)

From Jan 1st 2009 all buildings, domestic and non-domestic, that are sold or rented will require a BER certificate. Many companies offer BER services but it is important that you employ an experienced professional rather than just go for the cheapest quote. We know what to look out for and have surveyed all types and ages of properties.

In particular, BER certification for non-domestic premises may only be carried out by certain individuals that meet the criteria laid down by Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI). As Chartered Members of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland (CEng MIEI) we meet the SEI’s qualification.
